We build indoor positioning algorithms and Orion SPACE, a platform that puts positions, alerts and environmental sensing on one map. Depending on the site we use WiFi fingerprinting or BLE, for people tracking, asset tracking and geofencing.

Outdoors, those are satellites.
Our name comes from Orion.
Satellite signals don’t reach indoors,
so we use WiFi, BLE and gateways instead.

What we do is straightforward: locate the people and equipment on a site, connect alerts and sensor data, and put it all on one map, so staff on the floor and managers look at the same information.
Positioning technology
BLE can mean beacons on site that devices scan, or gateways that listen to broadcasting tags. The hardware sits in different places and data flows in opposite directions, so we look at the site and what you need to manage before choosing.
Devices scan WiFi, BLE or 5G NR signals already on site, and a model trained on a site survey infers their position.

Gateways on site receive BLE broadcasts from tags, and position is computed from the signal strength at several receivers.

BLE beacons sit at known points, and a device is placed near the one it hears. Used on its own or alongside AETHER.
